GÎTE LA MORINIÈRE

You will succumb to the charm of La Morinière with its original decoration and its volumes. The gîte is very well designed to accommodate several families, whatever their composition and needs! The hardest part will be choosing your space! The suite with bedroom (one bed 140)-shower room and WC is on the ground floor, or the Pink bedroom (one bed 140) with its baby space, or the Blue bedroom (one bed 140) or the parental suite with two bedrooms (2 beds 90, one bunk bed, one bed 160) its shower room and WC . The gîte is equipped with WIFI and TV. Each space has its own style. This is thanks to the talents of the owners Karine and Fred. The farmhouse is imposing and very long. It offers two completely autonomous and independent apartments. On the gîte side, you have your own private terraces, not overlooked. The proximity of the owners is a plus : they will be able to advise you for your outings and allow you to discover local producers... At the gîte, children will appreciate the hut, the sandpit, and the games of snowshoes, balls, Mölkky... The garden is enclosed. Adults, will appreciate the beautiful terrace, and the jacuzzi in season. The gîte is very well located, in the countryside, 1 min from the main road Laval - Sablé-sur-Sarthe, route de Tours. You are equidistant from Laval, Sablé and Château-Gontier. The farmhouse is very well equipped, recently restored, it has underfloor heating by aerothermy included in the service. Some information about the equipment: - Reception baby : cot, changing table, high chair, bath, potty and step. - Very large fridge, completed by a smaller one with a freezer compartment. - Shed for bikes, trailer and games. Beds made on arrival. Cleaning deposit: in case you don't take the cleaning, a cleaning deposit cheque is to be deposited with the owners at the entrance to the premises. Week-end booking: the departure and arrival times allow you to enjoy your whole weekend.
