Located on the border of the South Sarthe and Anjou, the Gîte du Misfon is in the heart of the village of Bazouges - Cré sur Loir. The village has a grocery store - Bar - Press a few minutes walk for your supplies, as well as many paths and places to walk, greenways for cycling, hiking ... Not far from the edge of the Loir (for fishermen), 8Km from the motorway exit Durtal, halfway between Angers and Le Mans, and 8 Km from the town of La Flèche (72200). You will be close to the Zoo of La Flèche, the Prytanée Militaire of La Flèche, the nautical base of La Monnerie, the golf courses of Baugé and Sablé sur Sarthe, and close to numerous castles and tourist sites. For car lovers, the gîte is located 45 km from the 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack. The Gîte du Misfon is a house and an annex whose atmosphere will take you back to the 1970's, in the heart of a superb private landscaped park of more than 5 hectares with numerous hundred-year-old trees, a car park, a secure pond and a very large swimming pool of 15 x 5 m (heated and accessible from April to September, depending on the weather) and totally secured by a roller shutter. DESCRIPTION : - THE HOUSE: it is an entrance with cupboards, fitted kitchen, living room sofas, armchairs with fireplace, record player with vinyl available, dining room with table and chairs, corridor serving 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom / shower Italian, separate toilet. All opening onto a large terrace with views and access to the pond and barbecue (fixed). - The ANNEXE is a few steps away from the house (50/60m) : it is 3 double bedrooms each with its own shower room and toilet also overlooking the pond. An ideal tourist stopover for a family reunion or between friends, a seminar or a company party, the reception of car collectors clubs, cycling clubs, hikers, stays for professional detachments...
