Built in 1714, Château de Wallerand is today a luxury hotel****-restaurant and spa on the banks of the Meuse in the French Ardennes, welcoming travelers in search of an exceptional location, a verdant estate and attentive service. The hotel features 10 rooms combining charm and contemporary design, comfort and peace and quiet. There's also a spa with a relaxation pool, sauna, hammam and 2 massage rooms designed to offer our guests moments of pure relaxation. The 34-seat gourmet restaurant offers cuisine concocted with passion, colorful dishes, original cuisine that remains true to the terroir, all enhanced by herbs and vegetables from the estate's organic vegetable garden. Opening days and times: For the winter season, Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 to 13:30 and 19:00 to 21:00. For the spring/summer season, from May to September, the restaurant is open every day from 12:00 to 13:30 and from 19:00 to 21:00.
