Le Traict de Pen-Bé

No matter the season: the coast from Pont Mahé to Pen Bé remains wild, mysterious and powerful. Along the reef, the hiker becomes one with the nature that surrounds him. Faced with the sea spray and the awakening senses, he will be struck by the thousand scents that mix the moor and the sea. He will be stunned by the cries of the birds that mix their songs with those of the ocean. He will be surprised, at the end of the bay, to recognize his fellow men, the Men, gathered on this small piece of land, this peninsula swept by the wind and the waves, where all year long, the peasants of the sea are busy. The strength of the coastline gives way to the calm of the salt marshes, where the egrets seek their food until the end of winter; and to that of the bocage, where the cows graze peacefully, gathered under the hundred-year-old oaks of this authentic countryside.
