Let yourself be carried away by this unusual place, built in 1896 and comprising a brasserie, a tea room, an outdoor terrace and a cocktail bar facing the château and the old port, all served by a dedicated team of attentive staff! As for the dining room, you'll notice that it's chic and comfortable, with 1930s art deco decor in a superb Marius blue, embellished with gilded brass and parquet flooring. Tables are covered with tablecloths, and the waiters are all recognizable by their white shirts adorned with superb butterfly bows and white aprons... In the kitchen, chef Gildas Sibiril brings out the best in fresh produce, often organic and grown in the region. Everything is made on the premises: confits, sauces, fillings, even smoke... The priority of the chef and his team is to support and preserve our local know-how, and our French culinary heritage. Marius is also a bakery where the bread and viennoiseries are made at dawn by a real team of bakers! Every day, from breakfast to dinner, Marius offers you its homemade bread, baguettes with gourmet recipes, sometimes sweet, sometimes filling, but also its Viennoises and soft brioches, made on site by our bakers, because Marius wants to promote their know-how and work independently... Seasonal desserts are created by a team of passionate pastry chefs, always on the lookout for the good and the beautiful.
