La Fraiseraie

Based in Pornic in the Pays de la Loire region of France, La Fraiseraie is one of the pioneers of the short distribution chain. With a strong producer DNA and a commitment to eating well, it has developed a whole range of delicatessen products based around strawberries, with no preservatives, colorants or artificial flavoring. In 1975, the first jams joined the fruit trays on the market stalls, much to the delight of local customers. The era of sorbets began in the early 80s with the opening of his first store in Pornic. Over the decades, sorbets have become the flagship products on which La Fraiseraie has built its reputation. The company continued to expand, mainly in the Loire-Atlantique region. By 2021, it will be offering fresh pastries. All these activities make La Fraiseraie "unique", since it combines five professions: fruit producer, processor, patissier, retailer and restaurateur.
