Philippe DOUX has been working in organic agriculture in Touvois for more than 10 years. It is a small structure which sells mainly in AMAP and direct sale on the farm on Saturday mornings, seasonal vegetables grown organically with a predilection for radishes, shallots, lamb's lettuce, courgettes and cherry tomatoes. He works on many other vegetables in rotation for the AMAPs and his direct sale.
