Organic orchard, diversified fruit production, with the objective of always seeking to improve our agronomic approach. Hélène has set up a 5-hectare tree and small fruit farm in the commune of Paulx near Machecoul Her apples, pears, peaches, raspberries, strawberries and other fruits from the "Verger des Brin'belles" are sold directly and on the surrounding markets. Eventually, Hélène would like to create a processing workshop to make sorbets, syrups and jams from her production.
