The museum has a permanent exhibition on the hostages shot on 22 October 1941, including Guy Môquet.
The museum of the Resistance, created in 2001 by the Amicale de Châteaubriant, is installed in a part of the old farm at the entrance of the site of the Carrière des fusillés. An important collection of archives and sensitive objects presents and perpetuates the history and memory of the French Resistance. A temporary exhibition based on the theme of the National Resistance and Deportation Contest is renewed every year on the museum floor.
