Farmers - Butchers installed since 2014 on a Farm Terre de Liens in Maubusson, in Organic Agriculture.
Our Organic Farming breeding is made up of Open-air Pigs, fed with local and farm cereals, and Breton Pie Noir Cows, fed with grass and hay from the farm. We offer Organic Pork, Veal and Beef in 5 and 10 kg crates and retail delicatessen, cut and prepared by us. You can find our products on order at the farm, at the Amaps of St Michel and Chanveaux, St Herblain, Ancenis and Oudon, and also at the Marché des 4 vents in Joué sur Erdre.
