Between Nantes and Cholet, the Moulin Neuf self-catering village welcomes you all year round to its Logis Groupes for your business events. Bring your colleagues together in an exceptional natural setting on the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise, in this former weaver?s workshop. In a more convivial and relaxed atmosphere than some formal meeting venues, it offers a private and exclusive space for meeting rooms and accommodation. The 50 m² multi-purpose room on the first floor can accommodate up to 49 people standing or 20 people in a U-shape, and can be complemented by two other areas for working in sub-groups. A video projector, screen and flipchart are available, as is free Wi-Fi access. The picturesque site of Le Moulin Neuf offers an inspiring environment that can stimulate your colleagues' creativity and productivity. You can also take advantage of the outdoor spaces to strengthen team cohesion with team-building activities. We can advise you on what to do on site or nearby. Communicating with the hall, a professional kitchen is available if you wish to manage your meals in-house. It is also possible to opt for the catering option, from breakfast to dinner. Outside, a garden awaits you with picnic tables and a barbecue. A "guinguette" garland will brighten up your evenings in fine weather. For residential seminars, the logis groupe offers accommodation for up to 30 people on the upper floors: 9 rooms with 2 to 6 single beds, each equipped with a vanity unit. Sanitary facilities (6 showers and 6 WCs) are grouped by landing. The gîte is easily accessible, 10km from the Nantes-Cholet (N249) motorway and 3km from Clisson train station. Free private parking is available at the entrance to the village (unsupervised). The self-catering village is run by the association Les Amis du Moulin Neuf, which has been promoting social tourism for 60 years. A member of UNAT (Union Nationale des Associations de Tourisme), it has also been awarded the Clef Verte label since 2016 for its environmental approach.
