Ideally located on the Cholet - Nantes axis, come and enjoy this modern and comfortable gite entirely renovated in an old barn You will be 1 hour from the Atlantic coast and its beaches, 1/4 hour from Cholet and 40 minutes from Nantes, or from the famous Hellfest festival which is only 25 minutes away from the gîte The accommodation, entirely on one level, consists of a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen open onto the dining area and the living room, two bedrooms, one with a bed of 160 cm x 200 cm and the other with 2 beds of 90 cm x 200 cm, a shower room with a large Italian shower and separate toilets. Outside, a large terrace accessible from the living room and from the parental bedroom allows you to take your meals in the open air. The gîte for 4 people can accommodate 3 additional people thanks to the sleeping arrangement in the living room (sofa bed) and the pull-out bed in the second bedroom. 300 meters from the gîte is a small private pond ideal for fishing, relaxation and barbecues. A little further away is the river La Moine. Beautiful walks in perspective! The gîte is adjoining another gîte that can accommodate 2 to 4 people. By renting both gîtes, you can gather up to 11 people in total.
