CYNFAEL, LE PRINCE DU SAFRAN

This saffron farm is located at La Bouquetière, just outside the village of St Sauveur de Landemont: (25 mins from Nantes and 45 mins from Angers) Guided tours are organised on request from February to November in the morning (from 6 to 45 people). The visit gives all the explanations of the functioning of a saffron farm, tastings and recipes. Price: 10€ per person (8€ per person for groups) and 2€ for children under 12 Sale of products made from saffron to accompany your festive dishes (mustard, champagne vinegar, saffron syrup, saffron beer, jellies and jams for sandwiches, foie gras or cheese... ). Saffron has gustatory and therapeutic virtues Cooking classes (22€/2h) and soap making classes for adults (50€/2 hours) or for children (10 euros per child + 2 euros per adult) are available (groups of 2 to 6 people)
