Fresh products, menus with regional flavours, discover a quality gourmet cuisine Situated in an exceptional setting on the banks of the Loire, you can taste local specialities, particularly Loire fish, in one of the panoramic rooms with a terrace. You will enjoy this delicate cuisine and a breathtaking view of the Loire. All the fresh products, vegetables, meat, poultry and cheese come from local production. These local products are carefully selected by a chef anxious to renew a lasting relationship with the small producers of Maine et Loire. Groups of 20 to 60 people can be catered for by reservation (menus established with the group). 80 covers in the dining room and 120 covers on the terrace. Restaurant closed on Sunday evening and Monday all day. Hotel open with catering on Monday evening (only for the hotel).
