ROUTES DES VINS PANORAMAS DE LOIRE

Take a tour of the wineries and discover the AOC of the region: the unavoidable Muscadet or the confidential Malvoisie, there is something for everyone! Then head for Ancenis, where you can stroll along the banks of the Loire, on foot or by bike, before venturing out to discover the medieval castle of Oudon and the picturesque streets of its downtown The tour continues with a visit to Le Cellier, from where you will be able to see one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, in the middle of the vineyards on the hillside, thanks to the Panorama de Saint-Méen. And did you know that Le Cellier was the favorite town of Louis de Funès? He lived in the Château de Clermont, visible from the road but now privately owned, from 1963 to 1987. He wished to be buried in the town's cemetery The loop ends in Mauves-sur-Loire, where every summer, the event Mauves Balnéaire invests the banks of the Loire and offers take-away food during the week as well as concerts on the weekends.
