For the past few years, Roc Au Loup has expanded its breeding program with 70 ANGUS cattle. You want to eat healthy, local and quality products....then take the plunge..... from producer to consumer ! We offer you 6kg or 10kg boxes of beef. The meat comes from our Angus* cattle farm. The animals live outdoors all year round and are fed exclusively on grass and hay. * Angus cows are born naturally without horns, they are hardy, easily adaptable, undemanding and extremely precocious. She can withstand wet winters as well as the heat of summer.
