Old winegrower's house, divided into two furnished rentals, on the GR3 hiking trail, 20 m from the Loire River and 500 m from the town centre of Chalonnes sur Loire, with large terrace overlooking a flowery garden shared with another gîte, view of the Loire: Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen open onto the dining room and lounge, WC with washbasin, technical room, first floor: two spacious bedrooms with two 90x190 beds in each (bed linen provided, beds made), shower room with Italian shower and WC. Animals accepted NON-SMOKING HOUSE
