At La ferme des Pâtis, production of artisanal dry pasta with and without eggs, made entirely on site (including the grain crushing stage) from the farm's own wheat.

The SCEA Petit Gab or "Ferme des Pâtis" produces organic dry pasta, with or without eggs. Since 1999, the family farm has specialised in organic field crop production. Since the installation of Mats Gabillard in May 2014, the family transforms part of its soft and hard wheat crops into organic dry pasta, with or without eggs. The wheat is crushed the old-fashioned way on a stone millstone and the pasta is dried at a low temperature. These two decisive processes make it possible to obtain home-made pasta of very good taste and nutritional quality. Direct sale at the farm (for orders over 50€ - possibility to buy in bulk packaging 5kg and 10kg). Presence on the market in Pouancé (1st Saturday of the month) On sale at the producers' markets: Jeunes Pousses (Pouancé), EARL Pourrias (Congrier), la Ferme Angevine (Beaucouzé), Au Local (Azé), Laurent Degré (Châteaubriant), Le Panier des Fées (Essé).
