GÎTE BELLE FONTAINE

Located in a green setting, the "BELLE FONTAINE" gîte is in Maine et Loire on the Candé-Angrie axis, near the D770, halfway between ANGERS and NANTES and 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire. Country lovers will appreciate the peaceful surroundings. Just a stone's throw from the gîte is a large pond and bird sanctuary (the gîte is in a protected natural area). This beautiful, comfortable accommodation comprises: five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with whirlpool bath), a mezzanine, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a dining area. All on a large 227m² plot. You'll also appreciate the heated swimming pool (mid-April to end-September), six-seater spa (heated all year round), ping-pong table and gas barbecue outside. A parking lot is available for vehicles wishing to park. Various footpaths, mountain bike trails and quads (at certain times of year) surround the gîte. If you'd like your meals prepared on arrival, I can advise you. For shopping, the village of Candé is only 3 km away, with all the shops you need (supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, post office, tobacconist, market in the town center every Monday morning).
