The location is ideal as a starting point to discover the region: less than an hour from Terra Botanica, also close to Saumur, Nantes, Le Puy du Fou... This lodging is also a perfect stopover for business and professional stays. You will be able to take advantage of various activities in the surroundings: hiking, fishing, the Louroux-Plage in the summer... At the entrance, a private courtyard which gives a direct access on the same level. Inside, all the comfort from the entrance with a living room to enjoy the 32-inch flat screen TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area for delicious moments to share. On the night side, a bedroom with a 160*200 shape memory bed as well as toilets and a bathroom with a relaxing shower. The gîte is also equipped with wifi access.
