ACCOMMODATION: We have 2 rooms available for rent, at a cost of 40€/night per room, including breakfast (coffee, tea or chocolate, bread and croissant of the day, brioche, squeezed oranges, homemade jam, butter, yogurt, kiwi) The house is fully air-conditioned. For longer stays (4 nights or more), we offer a package at 20? per night (coffee, tea or chocolate, brioche, butter, jam). Bed linen, shower towels and washcloths provided. Shared bathroom and WC. Outdoor facilities include garden furniture and Jacuzzi (summer only) A microwave and part of the fridge are available in the shared kitchen. Free parking and wifi. In partnership with La Flèche zoo, we have discount cards available. OUTSIDE : Spa and garden furniture (summer only). OTHER : The room is available: Weekends and holidays. Weekdays: according to our availability. Our house has two rooms called blue room and brown room. ( Visible on Airbnb with all comments ) NEIGHBORHOOD: House located on a 2000 m2 plot, in a very quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes by car from shops and restaurants. 5-minute walk from a truck stop (closed Saturday and Sunday) TRANSPORTATION : Car essential.
