LE 3 F

The 3F is a multisports indoor complex of 2500m2 located in Château-Gontier in Mayenne, between Laval and Angers. You will find 3 soccer fields where you can also practice bubble football. The 3F offers you 3 squash rooms, a paddleball court and an indoor golf simulator. The 3F is also equipped to host seminars and professional meetings. The 3F has 2 men's changing rooms and 1 women's changing room with collective showers (possibility of individual showers). After the effort, take advantage of the comfort offered by the club house!
