Specialising in the manufacture of traditional charcuterie, Les Gorronnaises offers a wide range of products: from the famous Gorronnaises rillettes, to pâté, black pudding, sausages and other charcuterie products.
The company Les Gorronnaises (founded in 1988) is a worthy descendant of the Lucien Coutelle pork butcher's shop created in 1920, and still carries on the tradition today. Thanks to his flagship product "les Rillettes Gorronnaises", Jean Rémy Cousin has been able to develop the production of traditional charcuterie products while preserving the methods of the Coutelle charcuterie. The products are only available on the online shop or in supermarkets.
