GITE LA CARPE AUX ANTOUDIÈRES

The gîte de la Carpe aux Antoudières is located in Villiers Charlemagne, a commune of the Mayenne, on a wooded property of 6ha, 20km from Laval and 10km from Château Gontier This gîte has a living area of 140 m2, with its 4 bedrooms and office space (with sofa bed) can sleep up to 8 people. It is fully equipped : fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, ironing board and iron, baby equipment, TV, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, garden furniture, barbecue... You will also find a room specially designed for fishermen : fridge for baits, sink for fish, to prepare your fishing line, your lures... The gite has a parking lot, a yard and a private shaded area of 600m2. Heating: wood stove and heat pump "air-air" for the living rooms and electric radiator in the bedrooms.
