A remarkably well-preserved castle. Built in the 14th and 15th centuries, it has kept its 8 original towers and its superb barbican. The castle overlooks the pond and offers an incredible panorama to visitors.

The castle of Lassay was built at the end of the 14th century. Today it is a rare example of the military architecture of that time. Accompanied by a guide, you will discover the barbican with its 3 levels of casemates. The castle has a working drawbridge, which visitors are invited to handle under the supervision of the guide The seigneurial dwelling can be visited and you will discover: a kitchen, an armoury, and several other furnished rooms The romantic park adjoining the castle is a delight to visit.
