Located in Saint-Martin-du-Bois, Soleil Levain Bakery has been making organic breads with pure sourdough since 1984. Their products are sold at local markets and organic stores.

The Soleil Levain bakery opened its doors in 1985. André Terrien makes all kinds of pure sourdough breads (water and salt) that he bakes over a wood fire. He offers rye, large spelt and small spelt breads... He also produces a wide variety of pastries and viennoiseries. The flours all come from local production. On sale on site: on order, open Tuesday from 4 to 6 pm and Saturday from 4 to 5.30 pm (please contact us beforehand). Markets: Angers (place Lafayette) on Wednesdays and place Leclerc and place Molière on Saturday morning; also on sale at the Ferme Angevine, on Saturday morning (Beaucouzé); in specialist shops (L'épicier Vert in Segré) and other points of sale in the Biocoop and Rayons Verts network in the department.
