I cultivate organically; by respecting the balance of the soil and farm ecosystems, I grow crops one after the other over a long period of time so that the earth can nourish these plants: alfalfa, wheat, sunflower, rapeseed, buckwheat and plum trees on the hedgerows.
Here, the Human is at the heart of the farm which gives me the chance to offer a varied and singular work to a permanent staff and to others during the long and hot days of picking, hay and summer harvest. The farm products are sold in our small region in short circuits, on the farm, in stores, to AMAPs, buying groups, bakers or crêpiers.
