GAEC MARTIN

The GAEC Martin is a family estate of 28 hectares of vines in AOC Anjou, Coteaux du Layon and Savennières. Luc and Fabrice Martin are the 4th generation of winegrowers in the family. These two enthusiasts set up together in 1997, taking over from their father and uncle In the vineyard, Luc and Fabrice have been ploughing the soil for the past 3 years to abandon the chemicals authorised in conventional farming and plan to convert to organic farming in 2022. In the cellar, they have always vinified with indigenous yeasts (yeasts naturally present in the grapes) and reduce the use of sulphites as much as possible to preserve the brilliance of their wines.
