Founded in 1934, Chocolat Mathez specialized in the production of cocoa truffles. In 1996, current CEO Eric Fischer took over the family business and gave it a new lease of life. With a team of skilled and motivated employees, he developed the business by creating ever more innovative recipes and packaging: Fancy Truffles, Pure Butter Truffles, Organic Truffles and Fair Trade Truffles, all available in plain and flavored varieties. Today, Chocolat Mathez is one of the leaders in the international truffle market, offering more than 50 references to delight chocolate lovers. The boutique is open from Tuesday to Saturday, and on Mondays in November and December.
