Visitors are welcomed in a modern, comfortable and welcoming cellar. with its 40 ha of vines, located on clay and schist soils in the Vihiersois Haut-Layon region, the viticulture is integrated. The range of wines offered is in the Anjou and Coteaux du Layon appellations, and the grape varieties grown are mainly Cabernet Franc and Chenin. But that's not all... The estate has also developed an emblematic cuvée: "Entre Cowpin". A 100% Pinot Noir red wine, light and very aromatic, with cherry notes and a long finish, it is ideal as an aperitif with a charcuterie board, for example, or as a perfect accompaniment to a barbecue.
