La Sablésienne has made organic products one of its specialities and now makes organic biscuits for well-known brands, certified by Ecocert. A tea room is at your disposal offering hot drinks (tea, coffee and hot chocolate) and cold drinks (fruit juices, sparkling drinks) accompanied by biscuit tastings.
