Glider pilot licence training can take place over approximately two blocked weeks or regular attendance. Throughout the season, the presence of volunteer and salaried instructors ensures that the school is ongoing.
Plan a full afternoon for flight preparation, runway assistance, ground and flight lessons and review of the day. The available instructors appear in a schedule; you must then contact them by email or phone. On board one of the two-seaters equipped with dual controls, with one of the qualified instructors (all of whom regularly attend refresher courses), the student quickly becomes familiar with the instruments and controls, and gradually takes control of the glider.
