Goat breeder and cheese maker in Fougeré in Maine-et-Loire since 1972, we have the reputation of making the same cheese as we did 45 years ago. Today, in order not to run out of milk and therefore cheese in winter, we buy all our milk because it is difficult to make everything. In order to guarantee a quality cheese, we only work with fresh milk from 3 producers in Deux-Sèvres. Our artisanal know-how is our trademark, that's why we guarantee : - Fresh milk cheeses (not frozen)- Slow lactic curds - Direct moulding, ladled or block-moulded (no pre-draining)- Our experience.
