L'ESTREM DEBAT

1 - Go to the right, cross the village until the church. 2 - Turn left, go down in the wood following an electric fence and follow the sunken path. 3 - Pass the cattle chicanes (beware of the electric fence), cross the small stream, follow a grassy strip. At the oak tree, turn left and go up a vineyard path until you reach a tarmac road. 4 - Follow it for 600 m to the " Crio ". 5 - At the "Crio" turn right, go along the vineyard and then a field. Pass the footbridge and go up through the vineyards towards the hamlet of "Saint Benazit". 6 - In the hamlet, take the path on your left towards the farm " le Thérou ", follow the markings, go down through the meadow, pass the lake dam and go up towards the " Bernet " estate. 7 - Go straight on towards the "Labaoune" estate, pass the buildings, turn left, 100 m further on leave the road and take the path between the field and the vineyard which leads you 1.2 km further on to the D136. 8 - Cross the departmental road, go straight on and 300 m after cross a communal road, follow the vineyard paths until you reach an oak tree. 9 - At the oak tree where you meet the PR2, turn right towards the castle, walk along the vineyards, go down on your left for 200 m then fork right and follow the signs on the vineyard paths to reach the D136 which you take on the left to find your starting point.
