Consume better but above all consume well, if this is your motto then welcome! We raise with passion our animals with big horns in organic farming. Concerned about their well being and thanks to their thick fleece, they graze all year round and are only supplemented with hay (produced on the farm) in winter. Far from conventional breeding, we do not "push" our animals, they grow slowly (it takes us 5 years to make a beef). This exceptional breed linked to our breeding method provides you with an exceptional meat, both tasty, tender and which does not reduce when cooked. Numerous studies have proven that Highland meat has a low fat and cholesterol content while having a high percentage of protein and iron compared to other beef breeds. Leaner than regular beef, it is also rich in omega 3, vitamins A AND E. We are also producers and transformers of fruits but only the fruits we produce are transformed into jams, so you will not find any exotic fruit jams with us! We are therefore subject to the vagaries of the weather and cannot guarantee the quantities produced from one year to the next. We gladly share our passion by allowing visits to the farm when orders are collected.
