DE LAVOIRS EN RUELLES EN PASSANT PAR LES POUSTERLES

1 - Cross the Adour on the bridge to the north. 2 - Turn left and follow the path along the Adour for 2 km. 3 - At the picnic tables, turn left still along the Adour, 500m further on pass under the stone bridge of the railway, 100m further on turn right then right again. At the car park, fork right along the railway line, go straight on for 250m 4 - Turn right then immediately left on the small road, follow it for 600m, turn left, pass under the railway bridge, turn right Fork left on a path, at the river turn right, continue for 250m, go on a dyke which overhangs the sports ground. 5 - Turn right in front of the stadium entrance, go along the gate, at the wash house turn left, cross the canal, continue straight on the rue du Rieutart for 200m 6 - Turn right into the lane "Passage de l'Estret", turn left, pass in front of the tourist office, cross the Place de la Libération, in front of the war memorial turn left into the Rue du Centre to reach a crossroads. 7 - Go up the stairs leading to the church, walk around it. 30 meters after, turn left into the "Pousterle du château". Go down, along the canal, at the level of a wash-house take the opposite direction (iron gate) and continue along the canal for 500m to reach a garden fence. Go around it on the right and continue straight ahead. 8 - Turn left, cross the canal, take a dike which brings you back to your starting point.
