LAS CARRÈRES DE TOUJOUSE

In Toujouse, in the heart of Bas-Armagnac, you will discover the cross, the church "theatre of greenery", the arenas, forests of various species, the cellars of the Jean-Bon estate and a view of the bell tower of Monlezun - Go towards the church, turn right towards the cemetery, cross the D 125 and continue on the road. - At the place called Pichon, turn left onto the track through the woods to reach a crossroads. - Take the path on the right for 600 m, cross a pine forest (border of the Landes and Gers departments). - Go up to the left through the forest, turn right along a vineyard and reach the D 125. Turn left then right towards Saint-Pierre. Continue along the small road, past the Jean-Bon house and continue for 150 m. - Turn right then left and right again. Go down along a wood. At the entrance of the forest, take the shaded track, cross the ford and go up to the Chourla farm. Take the road on the right, then turn left. Go past the Villeneuve farm and continue for 500 m. - At an electric post, turn left towards the Caillou wood. At the end of the wood, turn right towards the D 143. At the crossroads, take the road to the entrance of the Paysan gascon ecomuseum, go around the site to the right to reach a municipal road. Take it on the right for 200 m. - Turn left onto the farm road which leads 700 m further to the Lahitte farm. Go past the buildings. At the first crossroads, turn right to get back to the starting point.
