EARL Vilguenais is a family farm managed by Béatrice, Jean louis and Grégory on the commune of VIEIL BAUGE in BAUGE EN ANJOU We are pig breeders since their birth. We feed them with our direct production from the farm. It is made up of cereals managed in reasoned cultures, without GMO, nor antibiotics (96% of the pigs' food comes from the farm). Our pigs are on straw. Our pigs are slaughtered locally, in the Charal slaughterhouse (72) and processed locally in our own LABORATORY DECOUPE BAUGEOIS VALLEE, located in BEAUFORT EN VALLEE (49). The transport of the animals is done by us (better traceability of the products). Our commitment is to offer our customers the most natural products possible in respect of the environment. We offer retail sales and packages. Our range: roast, chipolatas, sausages, ribs, escalopes, bacon, black pudding, paupiettes, rouelle, rillettes, country pies, black pudding spread, roast confit etc..
