A place for reflection and research on the local territory and heritage, it is also a venue for the dissemination and promotion of contemporary creation. It is located in Piacé (between Le Mans and Alençon), a small village in the Sarthe region which in the 1930s was the subject of an architectural project by Le Corbusier (1887-1965) and Norbert Bézard (1896-1956).
