RESTAURANT L'EPI CURIEUX

A graduate of the École française de gastronomie de Paris, having worked at such prestigious establishments as the Georges V and the Carré des Feuillants, Francois Ricordeau, formerly of Le Beaulieu in Le Mans, had his start in Canada, where he worked for a year in Old Montreal. Located on rue de la vieille porte, in the Cité Plantagenêt, he created "l'Epi curieux", a gastronomic bistro inspired by inspiration. Original, delicious, surprising...
