Close to the owners, a 50 m² single-storey house; one small step and you enter the gîte through a French window. At the rear, on the courtyard side (where you can park your car or bicycles safely), you go down four steps and enjoy a pleasant terrace with barbecue, not overlooked. There are many places to visit in the area: the Château de Brézé (4 km away), the Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud (7 km away), the Cité Médiévale and its château in Montreuil-Bellay (12 km away), and 18 km away, Saumur, its château, its wine cellars, the Ecole Nationale d?Équitation... If you'd like to go hiking in the Saumur region, take advantage of the banks of the Dive or Thouet rivers, the hiking trails, and the n°10 "D'Abbaye en Châteaux" cycling loop, which passes just a few hundred meters from the gîte and links up with the Loire à Vélo and Vélo Francette circuits... Come and discover the many wines of the region at a winegrower's. Sample the specialties of fouée and galipettes in one of the restaurants. For a family outing, join us at Center Parcs du Bois aux Daims! And for a day out in Touraine, just 30 km away, visit Rigny-Ussé and its Sleeping Beauty castle.
