CIRCUIT VTT N°4 - ROUGE - DÉPART DE MAMERS

In Perseigne forest, you can follow the GR markings or join the other mountain bike trails in the forest, marked out from N°6 to N°10. Much longer, this circuit is particularly suitable for sports enthusiasts. On the way : - Panorama after the farm of "Haut Bois" - View of the Château d'Aillières-Beauvoir - The Belvedere, the highest point of the Sarthe at 346 metres, offers a unique panorama of the forest of Perseigne - Villaines-la-Carelle: commune built on a labyrinth of underground galleries which partly sheltered a mushroom farm. After the bocage and the forest, you change completely of landscape by crossing the plain of Saint Longis.
