Go around the buildings on the right and continue straight ahead until you reach the edge of the wood, fork left, go along a wood and then a field to reach a farm track. Turn right for a few meters then go right into an old poplar plantation. - take the lane on the right, go up the path, cross the D45 and continue for 400m. At the crossroads, turn left for 800m, go around the farm, take the path on the right to reach the road. *possibility of joining the village of Castelnau d'Arbieu at 500m - follow the track to the right for 1.5km, pass to the left of the farm "Poumarède" and continue by the road to "Toureilles". Take the path on the right, reach "la Grange" and go left for 750m to reach a fork in the road. - go straight on, take the D45 on the left for 200m, go up on the left, before "Lespiouet", turn right into a field, go down around the wood on the right, take the alley of "Naguedau" on the right and the D145 for 250m. - go up the steep hill on the left, continue on the road, cross the D953 and continue for 100m *by the road you can reach Isle Bouzon at 1km. - turn left, take the path for 2km to reach a road. Turn right and then left, take the path of "la Bénazede" to reach a road 2km further, turn right for 400m, fork left and go back to the starting point.
