More and more naturalist data is being collected in the field, whether as part of specific, protocol-driven studies or through the ever-increasing accumulation of opportunistic data. With so much data available to environmental professionals, viewing raw data alone can be a limiting factor in understanding a situation. The aim of this training course is to give you the keys to a better understanding of a dataset, and to analyze it with the help of appropriate, high-performance tools. Analysis of count or presence-absence data will be a particular focus. The entire course will be run on R Studio software, enabling you to familiarize yourself with this particularly powerful software.
