Come and discover the secrets of bread making, from the raw materials to the manufacturing techniques. It's up to you to get your hands dirty: you'll make several loaves of bread cooked over a wood fire that you'll take home with you? So don't forget your aprons and bread bags! Sébastien Gallais, mediator-baker at the Cuzals Ecomuseum Registration is mandatory, at least 3 days before the date of the workshop. This workshop is intended for adults, maximum 8 participants.
