Founded in 1996 and in the continuity of a family know-how, the Pâtes Fabre company continues its development in France and abroad After a rigorous selection of the raw materials, the pasta is elaborated by hand in the purest tradition, by lamination or extrusion and then drying at low temperature and for a long time. The vegetables and spices, entirely natural, bring flavours, smells and colours to vary the pleasures. The ultra-fast cooking of the laminated pasta helps to make them different.
