FERME DE LA VIALE

It is in La Viale, on the Causse Méjean, on the edge of the cliffs of the Jonte that we raise pigs in the open air and dairy sheep. We cultivate the fodder and cereals necessary to all this little world. We also spend part of our winter making pâtés and cold cuts. Elaborated by us, according to traditional recipes or with a bit of inventiveness, our products are totally natural, without additives or preservatives. Our point of sale is open in July and August on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm as well as by appointment on other days of the summer and during spring and autumn.
