Annie Desvignes welcomes you to her Manor Hotel-Restaurant. Chef at the Tour du Roy for 40 years, Annie was already cooking with her grandmother at the age of 5. At 15, instead of going on vacation, she decided to do cooking courses with Raymond Oliver and then Le Nôtre. 4 years later, with her mother Paula Lequy, she brought the restaurant L'Auberge Fleurie (in Sars-Poteries) to 1 then 2 Michelin stars. At that time, they were the only two women in the world to have 2 Michelin stars. At the age of 30, Annie and her husband took over La Tour du Roy, which she starred again 6 months later, and this for 25 years... In 1973, Annie gave birth to a little Fabrice. She passed on her passion to him and he decided to become a Chef. He currently works in the kitchens of the Senate Presidency in Paris and in 2007, he won the prestigious Bocuse d'Or World Cooking Competition.
