RESERVE DES BISONS D'EUROPE

A change of scenery guaranteed without going to the other side of the world! The European bison reserve in Lozère offers you a unique experience to live in family or with friends, to meet this extraordinary prehistoric animal. Present in the wild only in the north of Europe, the European bison has been reintroduced in Margeride. In the reserve, it lives in semi-liberty on more than 200 hectares. In Sainte-Eulalie, the visitor has the choice between a guided tour in a horse-drawn carriage or in a sleigh in winter. The guided tour allows you to meet the largest land mammal in Europe in a park. A museographic space reveals the history of the bison from prehistoric times to the present day.
