From the mountain village of Grendelbruch, discover the largest fortress in Alsace (2 hectares), the Guirbaden Castle! This hike will continue through the valley of the Magel via the Fischhutte. Then, the paths will lead you to a mysterious Celtic and Roman site, the Purpurkopf, where many legends remain! There are many wonderful discoveries and views to be had.
